Lloyd Center’s Music In The Woods ~ What A Lineup! – September 25th

Enjoy a very musical afternoon on the grounds of the Lloyd Center for the Environment with musicians from the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra. Ethan Wood (violin), and Anna Griffis (viola), will play a collection of classical, tango, and Celtic tunes. Peter Zay (cello), and Travis Rapoza (violin), will perform a collection of classical and popular favorites.

Also performing will be The Spindle Rock River Rats with an eclectic blend of bluegrass, old-time, folk, popular, western, and fiddle tunes.

Children will especially love listening to Jeff Angeley and Southcoast Lessons’ Youth String Band with an “Old Time Fiddle Session”.

Pre-registration is required. Lloyd Center Members may reserve their free tickets for Saturday, September 25th (rain date September 26th), and choose their preferred event time (1:30pm-3:00pm, 3:00pm-4:30pm, or 4:30pm-6:00pm).

Tickets are available for purchase by non-members for $30 per carload. Come for the music on the trails, and enjoy some Oxcart food & treats while you’re there! The Oxcart will be available with lobster rolls, burgers and more, to purchase from 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm. (cash only).
