Meet the Lloyd Center for the Environment’s Summer Interns

The Lloyd Center Education Department is very happy to have such a great team of Interns this summer!

Olivia Aguiar is attending the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is particularly interested in herpetology and conservation.

Brandon Costa has received his Associates Degree from Bristol Community College in Environmental Science, attended the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth to study Portuguese Language Arts, and is currently studying Natural Resources Conservation at the University of Massachusetts. He loves birds and is an aspiring ornithologist.

Victoria D’Antoni is attending Rhode Island College and is working to complete a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Geography. Along with her passion for sustainability and reducing waste and energy consumption, she also likes to scrapbook.

Ronni Mak is attending Bates College and is working to complete a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry. After studying a semester abroad in Tasmania, she has become interested in biodiversity conservation and marine resource conservation.

Steve Parks is currently studying Biology at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and has received his Associates Degree in Environmental Technology at Cape Cod Community College. Along with interning at the Lloyd Center for the Environment, he works in marine mammal rehabilitation. He has particular interests in the conservation of seals and turtles.

Page Veazie is attending the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth where she is currently enrolled in a 4+1 bachelor-master program pursing a Bachelor Degree in Biology and Master Degree in Education. She is interested in teaching youth about the environment and conservation. Her favorite animals are whales. Page loves being on the water sailing.
