Help Protect the Places We Love
Dear Friend of the Lloyd Center,
There are places that become part of who we are: a familiar set of earthen stairs down into the forest, the quiet edge of a salt marsh, an osprey soaring overhead, while fish jump at the estuary’s edge. These places connect us to something larger than ourselves and remind us of our responsibility to protect it.
For more than four decades, the Lloyd Center has helped people of all ages understand, appreciate, and protect the extraordinary coastal ecosystems of southeastern New England through environmental education, scientific research, and community outreach.
But none of this happens without you.
Your support makes it possible for more than 12,000 students annually to step outside the classroom and discover nature firsthand. Your generosity supports scientific research that helps protect vulnerable species and habitats and provides families and community members with meaningful opportunities to learn about the environment around them. As climate change, habitat loss, pollution, environmental funding cuts, and declining biodiversity place increasing pressure on our natural environment, the work of the Lloyd Center is more important than ever.
We are asking you to make a gift today to help sustain our work.
Please join us with a year-end gift to the Lloyd Center. Together, we can protect the places that sustain us, inspire the next generation of environmental stewards, and carry forward a legacy of respect and care for the natural world.
Thank you for believing in the Lloyd Center and supporting our important work!
